It is very easy to create a tag in Bitbucket. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:

Head over to the left-side panel and then click 'Commits'.

Find and click the commit link to which you want to create a tag.

After that, go to the right-side panel and then click 'Create Tag' under the Details tab.

Enter your preferred tag name and description into their respective input fields.

Once done, tap 'Create Tag' to proceed.
